I wish I knew how to be a ghost. A friendly free-blogging platform ghost who converses in markdown to those who care to listen.
Unfortunately when someone asks me to configure the unconfigurable by configuring the configure.js file by populating it with details from the database I might as well be a ghost, a real ghost lost and in search of a physical body to make things real.
With the advent of a digital publishing platform by the good people at Ghost designed to fulfil the need of content creators comes a new learning curve for me personally. Node and brew and terminal and $ and ~ and the rest of it makes little sense to someone like me who just wants to write (after I made the switch of course!).
Don’t get me wrong, I have tried! …and I will try again after getting some tips from the Gustler. I’ve managed to see mugs fly across the room and the eyes on the picture hanging on the wall follow me as I leave the room, but I haven’t quite managed to get to full stream just yet.
Before I go total protonic reversal, I’m going to sleep on it and configure the configure.js another day. I’m not ghost busted, I just can’t wait to find the keymaster.
